A Call represents a recorded voice or video call with participants and metadata. It contains information about the call timing, participants, and links to the recorded media files. Call objects are delivered within Sync Events under the unified field.

The duration of the call in milliseconds.
Array of participants who joined the call. Show Participant Properties
Unique identifier for the participant.
Unique identifier used to link the participant to their speech in transcripts (optional).
Display name of the participant (optional).
Email address of the participant (optional).
The user ID tied to this participant (optional).
Whether the participant is internal or external with respect to the company (optional).
Values are Internal, External, or Unknown.
Phone number of the participant (optional).
Job title of the participant (optional).
URL to the video recording of the call.
URL to the audio recording of the call.
Category or classification of the call event.
